We are seeking a temporary Receptionist/Clerk to support our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update them in the clinic’s management system.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive patient information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in medical administration preferred).
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
This is a temporary position in a supportive, patient-focused clinic environment. The role involves sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and occasional lifting of light office/medical supplies.
